New website - what happened to my content?
The old Friends and Heroes website had been working well for nearly 20 years, but as time and technology move on we had to make some changes to our platform that can keep up with modern security protocols and serve content up faster and in a more efficient way.
None of your lesson content has changed, only the way you access it. And it is now more streamlined with your own download area that will link all of your purchases.
As we have moved to a more robust system and because we don’t know your passwords our only request is that you change your password on this new website and then you can login and access your lesson downloads.

How do I access my lesson downloads
To access the Lesson Material that you have paid for you need to login to your account. Use the ‘Login to Account’ button at the very top of the page. Here you will use your username or email that you signed up with and password.
Once you are logged in a green button called ‘Your Downloads’ will be available. This will take you to a downloads page which will give you access to every series of downloads you have purchased.
I've forgotten my password!
If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the forgotten password link from the login page. Or you can go straight there on this link:
