If you are a Public Display Certificate holder and cannot find your Presenter password we can remind you of it. Please click the Submit button below to send us an e-mail. We will be able to process your request during office hours (Monday to Friday 9-5:00).

Did you purchase your DVDs from the UK or the USA?
This is the Licensee name or Friends and Heroes Account code - both of these are found on your Public Display Certificate. The account code is part of the Certificate Reference number.
