David and Alison Dorricott, the directors of Friends and Heroes Productions Ltd, have recently returned from Proclaim 2017, a gathering of National Religious Broadcasters. The venue had been changed this year from Nashville to Orlando.
David said, "Whilst there were inevitably differences with the Orlando Venue - not all of them great, the change of location brought some new contacts to the Friends and Heroes booth. There is considerable interest in dubbing the Series into Scandinavian Languages - and the likelihood of increased distribution via an innovative movie viewing system especially in India."
Alison added that it was nice to be in a different location and the warmth of the more southerly state of Florida was very welcome. Alison also noticed that there were a different set of visitors.
Entertainment website Scenes recently listed Friends and Heroes as one of "Five Great TV Shows" for children to watch.
Scenes said that Friends and Heroes episodes are "entertaining and uplifting" and are a good way for children to "become familiar with Bible stories and learn Judeo-Christian values."
